In our experience of caring for people in their own homes, we know just how important it is that we find the right care workers. Not only right in terms of their experience and qualifications, but also the right personality. That's why we have developed stringent internal quality controls and training programmes to make sure you have the very best available.
We believe in being responsible employers and ensuring all our staff receive professional and suitable induction and continuation training. Ongoing training is to reflect changes in procedures and recommendations from government and other organisations to achieve best practice. We also want our staff to enjoy their work and to receive the remuneration and benefits they deserve. We seek to employ only those who genuinely care about you.
Costs
Our charges are set in accordance with the United Kingdom Homecare Association recommended minimum charge to provide care staff with a living wage.
Our Care Jobs
All our jobs involve contact with vulnerable people so work history is checked and references are taken up. An up to date criminal records check through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) at enhanced level is required for all staff joining us. Our services are provided in the UK and applicants must be legally entitled to work in the UK.

Care Workers
Our care workers provide care and support for elderly or disabled people in their own homes. Duties include support with all aspects of daily living. Depending on the client’s needs, this could include helping to wash and dress, toileting, bathing, meal preparation, prompting medication and taking part in community and social activities. Ability to drive preferred.
We pay a competitive salary along with mileage and travel time payments. We also provide free counselling and hypnotherapy sessions for weight loss, stopping smoking and other phobias etc.
All care workers attend a five day induction course in Ipswich which meets the Skills for Care standards. New carers are also expected to complete written and practical tests before working with clients. We have a regular programme of refresher training and specialist training courses.
